Safety
Electromagnetic brake in ER2 Electric Chain hoist has an electrical fail-safe design, produces strong braking power with securely holding a load.
Nickel-plated load chain has a unique hardening technology and provides a higher resistance against fatigue, wear and corrosion.
A friction clutch, located in the gearbox between motor and load gear, interrupts the transmission power from the motor in the event of excessive overloading.
In case, the load is inattentively raised or lowered, the limit switch stops the motor and prevents the load chain or hoist from potential damage.
Productivity
Unique motor frame fins and a fan cover enhance fan cooling capabilities during heavy use.
The ER2 achieves M6 (ISO)/3m (FEM) class with a duty cycle of 60% ED. Supporting use in the most demanding environments and conditions, this long service life hoist is a heavy-duty product that is also applicable to high frequency or long lift operations.
Easier Maintenance
The connecting shaft, mounted on the outside of the ER2, allows a top hook or suspender to be attached or removed easily.
The counter hour meter (in single speed hoists) or inverter (in dual speed hoists) tracks the operating time and count the number of lifting cycles. With the help of the displayed data, inspection and replacement intervals can effectively be monitored.
